Ingredients:
– 110 cc milk
– 65 gr sugar (I used 40 gr)
– 2 eggs
– 30 gr flour
– 50 gr steamed potato, pound smoothly
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 125 gr fermented cassava, pound smoothly
– 20 gr melted butter
– 1/2 tsp pandan paste
– Some raisins
Directions:
– Beat eggs with whisk until thick.
– Add flour, salt, sugar and eggs in a bowl, add milk and mix throughly.
– Add whisked eggs, mix well.
– Add potato and fermented cassava, mix well.
– Add melted butter, mix well, add pandan paste.
– Heat up the mold on the stove, brush lightly with butter.
– Pour batter into each holes until 3/4 full, top with raisins. Cover with the lid (I just used pan lid), let it cook until the cake is done. When it’s done the cake will rise.
– Take out from the mold, cool it down and serve.
